Laze on the beautiful beaches, fish, walk the scenic tracks, or swim in the safe waters. Enjoy the 'arts', visit the outdoor markets, the shops and cafes. Play golf, visit a crocodile farm, tour caves, fly, skydive, take a trip on the water. View the Dreamtime Cultural Centre or the Rockhampton Heritage Village. The list is endless; there is much to see and do; but it can all be at a  gentle pace, far removed from the hubbub of some holiday destinations.
